Chuck's Outdoor Grill Review

i am baking chuck steaks. help!?

i’m baking chuck steaks in an electrical oven. i understand that’s unamerican but seeing as how i don’t have a grill, that’s the way it must be done. lol. in any case, i’ve marinated it in a1 steak sauce and now it’s ready to go in to the oven. with one minor set back. at what temperature does it need to be cooked and for how long to make it medium well?

bake it on 325 for 3-4 hours
